CERTIFICATION in INDIA

Every Telecom Equipment must undergo prior mandatory testing and certification. Any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ importer/ dealer who wishes to sell, import, or use any telecom equipment in India, shall have to obtain TEC Mandatory Certification from the Telecommunication Engineering Center (TEC) and mark or affix the equipment with the appropriate Certification label.

CERTIFICATION in TAIWAN

BSMI is the Bureau of Standards and Inspections of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The National Bureau of Weights and Measures established in 1930 was the highest inspection authority for the Republic of China, responsible for national standards, weights and measures, and commodity inspections. The product inspection standards for electronic and electrical products in Taiwan are formulated by BSMI. Products must comply with safety and EMC tests and related tests before they can be authorized to use the BSMI logo. Electrical and electronic product testing is based on three programs: Type Approval (T); Validation Login (R) and Declaration of Conformity (D).

CERTIFICATION in SINGAPORE

PSB certification is Singapore mandatory safety certification, but the electromagnetic compatibility part is not required, PSB security logo certificate issued by the Singapore Product Standards Bureau. Singapore to protect consumers (safety specifications) registration program requirements for electrical products to be forced to apply for PSB certification, the product into Singapore before the tax must be in Singapore, the company line number as the application of PSB holders.

CERTIFICATION in MALASIYA

SIRIM is the only certification authority of Malaysia, electrical and electronic products exported to Malaysia are required to apply for recognition of SIRIM Cert. In principle, the applicants should be Malaysian local institutions. SIRIM certification application and management is charged by SIRIM QAS. Malaysia imposed compulsory product certification system is divided into two kinds of certification and voluntary certification.

CERTIFICATION in VIETNAM

QCVN (Product Certification for Technical Regulation) is a mandatory certification system stipulated by Vietnam STAMEQ (Standard Quality and Measurement Authority) for maintaining quality, stability and hygiene of all products in Vietnam. The mandatory items are gasoline, biofuels, diesel, motorcycle helmets, workers’ protective gear, toys, electrical/electronic products, PVC wires and electrical appliances, concrete reinforcement steel, hot rolled steel and pre-stress steel, LPG, EMC, cement and concrete, Fertilizers and insecticides, food and food additives, food packaging materials, fishery products and other food, livestock feeds, textile and apparel product (The most of products have 3 years of certification period and require to have a posterior judgement.) When a mandatory certification is obtained, ‘CR Mark’ is assigned.

CERTIFICATION in INDONESIA

The Indonesian General Directorate for Resources SDPPI (Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika) is the regulatory body that formulates, plans for and implements standardized policies and policies in the radio and telecommunications fields, and has the function of public services to issue licenses for radio spectrum, including the regulation of radio frequency spectrum. The interference and misalignment are institutions that have wireless/communications testing and certification capabilities, including wireless product SDPPI certification.

Wireless products exported to Indonesia must pass the Indonesian SDPPI type certification and customs inspection. The Indonesian Department of Post and Telecommunications (DGPT) has been forcing from June 2009 to ban Indonesian offshore companies as type-approved licensees.
